Fans were given the opportunity to vote for the album's title track between "Deja Vu" and "Eternal Sunshine" through an official fan vote held from August 31 to September 6, 2021. "Deja Vu" won the vote and was promoted as the title track; "Eternal Sunshine" was released as the follow-up single with its own music video on October 4, 2021.

Are the first-press items still included with current copies of ZERO : FEVER PART.3?

First-press benefits – a folded poster, an extra photocard and a Polaroid – were included in initial production stock only. Reprints and current stock may not include these items.
