Bifida Biome Ampoule Mask

Application:

1. After cleansing, prepare skin with toner.

2. Remove the sheet mask from the pouch, unfold and apply to the face, aligning with eyes, nose and mouth.

3. Leave on for 10–20 minutes.

4. Remove the mask and gently pat the remaining essence into the skin until absorbed. Do not rinse.

Tips:

* Use 2–3 times per week for consistent microbiome and barrier care.

* For intensive recovery (post-procedure, during breakout, after travel), use on consecutive days for up to 5–7 days.

* Refrigerate before use for a cooling, anti-inflammatory effect on inflamed or reactive skin.

* The remaining essence in the pouch can be applied to the neck, hands or décolletage.

Layering: Use after toner and before moisturiser. On mask days, a separate serum or essence is not necessary — this mask is formulated at ampoule concentration.
