Does BTS WINGS feature solo tracks from each member?

Yes. The album includes a dedicated solo track from each of the seven members: "Begin" (Jungkook), "Lie" (Jimin), "Stigma" (V), "First Love" (SUGA), "Reflection" (RM), "MAMA" (J-Hope) and "Awake" (Jin). This was the first BTS album to feature solos from every member.

Is BTS WINGS related to the repackage album You Never Walk Alone?

Yes. You Never Walk Alone (released February 2017) is the official repackage of WINGS – it includes all 15 tracks from WINGS plus three new additions: "Spring Day," "Not Today" and "A Supplementary Story: You Never Walk Alone." WINGS and You Never Walk Alone are separate products with different physical contents.
