No. Despite the "calming" name, the triple acid formula (AHA + BHA + PHA) is an exfoliating treatment mask, not a daily hydration mask. Using it 2–3 times per week allows the exfoliating actives to work effectively without over-sensitising the skin. On other days, choose a soothing or hydrating mask from the Real Care line.

Does the SOME BY MI AHA BHA PHA mask help with blackheads?

Yes. Salicylic Acid (BHA) is oil-soluble and penetrates pores to dissolve the sebum and dead cells that form blackheads. With consistent use 2–3 times per week, visible pore congestion and blackhead accumulation typically reduce.

Should I apply sunscreen after using the SOME BY MI AHA BHA PHA mask?

Yes. AHA (Citric Acid) and BHA (Salicylic Acid) increase the skin's sensitivity to UV radiation by removing the outer dead skin cell layer. Apply sunscreen with at least SPF30 the morning after use.
